Kings Heath Business Improvement District (BID) limited will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at:
6.00pm Tuesday 19th October 2021 at St Dunstan’s Catholic Primary School, Drayton Road, B14 7LP
We are delighted that Tom McNeil, Assistant Police & Crime Commissioner for the West Midlands and Kings Heath resident will be joining us to talk about policing in our area.
We also have several other interesting speakers lined up, including Trident Reach, Birmingham City Council’s outreach support service for the homeless and MRS Communications, our providers of the retail radio scheme.

Are you a member of Kings Heath BID limited?
The meeting is open to any Kings Heath business, however only members of the BID company will be able to vote on any resolutions that arise.
To be a member of Kings Heath BID limited, you have to be one of the following:
- the person who pays the mandatory BID levy for your business
OR
- a representative of the company that pays the mandatory BID levy. You will either have to be the store manager or be approved by the BID levy payer.
There can only be one member per hereditament.

At the AGM, elections will take place for directorships of Kings Heath BID limited. Nominations are now OPEN and will close at 5pm on Friday 1st October.
Nominations to become directors are only open to members of Kings Heath BID limited.
