And the winners are…
The time has finally come to announce the winners of the Capture Kings Heath 2020 Photography Competition! First of all, thank you so much to everyone who entered – we asked you to show us exactly what it is that you love about Kings Heath, and you more than did that. We were absolutely taken aback by the standard this year.
All 82 wonderful entries were uploaded to Facebook on October 21st to give YOU the chance to vote for your favourites. As you may be aware, our competition will have 2 winners – the public winner chosen by your votes, and the judges winner chosen by our panel. All you had to do to cast your votes was to “like” your favourite entries, and you could vote as many times as you liked!
The vote closed at midday on November 2nd, and the votes were then counted. We are thrilled to announce that YOUR public vote winner for the Capture Kings Heath 2020 Photography Competition is… Ken Heslop! With 45 votes, Kings Heath couldn’t get enough of this stunning froggy family photo. Well done Ken!
Next up – you made it extra hard for our judges to pick their winner this year, but after much deliberation, they have come to a decision. Our panel was like a dog with a bone when they saw this beautiful Autumnal snap of man’s best friend, which is why Pete Davies takes the crown as judges winner this year. Congratulations Pete!

A huge congratulations to our winners and, again, a massive thank you to everyone who entered! We absolutely loved looking through all of your beautiful snaps and being reminded of why Kings Heath is so special. Thank you, as well, to all that voted via Facebook. Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for more Kings Heath competitions, events and updates. And finally, thank you to our lovely judges panel – see you again next year! #CAPTUREKH
